This is a static reference site. We have no accounts and run no first-party analytics or trackers of our own. The only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact form or the newsletter signup.

Contact form and logs

If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are processed by our host and forwarded to us, used only to reply. Our host processes standard request logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, the email address you submit is collected through our host's form handling and stored only so we can send you occasional SBA lending updates. We do not sell or share it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We email you only after you opt in.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
