Why adult entertainment are not SBA-eligible
Businesses of a prurient sexual nature -- adult entertainment venues, and businesses that present live performances or sell products or services of a prurient sexual nature -- are not eligible for SBA financing.
What the SBA rule says
SBA loans cannot go to a business that presents live performances of a prurient sexual nature, or that derives direct or indirect revenue from the sale of products or services of a prurient sexual nature.
What to use instead
Private lenders and specialty merchant financing are the usual routes.
